Very nice evening. I was running slowly enjoying the peace of the summer evening. This is my 100th post on this blog, and at the same time 100th day of running. I found out that running is spreading joy all around. Perspective is always brighter when we are running. Running brings spontaneous hope, perhaps just because it is so simple and joyful activity.
