Very sunny and summer day today, and I was running in the afternoon, so it was just hot - but I managed to find path under the shadows of the trees. My good friend said to me that running downhill serves no purpose, but my opinion is that at the moment I just want to discipline myself to run daily. Yet, I ran also one horizontal part, and so prolonged my usual running path.
Now I am going to watch Japan playing football against Croatia, it should be good match I hope.
