Today I ran in the afternoon, after 6 pm. I could not run big laps as usual in the park because some people were playing soccer, and big lap is partly on the goal side, so I just ran smaller laps and I did 8 of them before I felt I couldn't go further. I feel that doing exercises before running helps me to concentrate better during the running, it is like I am getting extra peace while warming up for running.
