Today I ran later in the evening, slower pace and it went well - except for the fact that air was full of smog, which I strongly dislike. When I was approaching back the building in which I live, I saw my neighbour from higher floor who was watching through the window. I raised my hands in the air to say hello - and he was silently applauding. It was such a funny scene.
