I become more and more confident in running that uphill downhill path faster. As for uphill part the difference is - when you run slower you feel tension in calves, and if you run faster you feel it both in calves and in quads. Today whole day I was surfing the net in search for various hi-fi models (especially FM receivers). It is all too expensive for me, but I can at least enjoy in the nice pictures.
